Terms of Service

I'm Grateful Now(“we,” “us,” the “Service”) is a free, public gratitude wall. Anyone can post a short gratitude statement without creating an account. By using the Service, whether to post, browse, or join the waitlist, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We don't currently verify age, but by posting or submitting your email you're confirming you meet this requirement.

Posts are public, anonymous unless you choose to add a name, and visible to anyone. Every submission is screened by automated moderation (AI and keyword based) before it's published, but no filter is perfect. We may remove any post, at any time, for any reason, including content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexual, illegal, spam, or otherwise not in the spirit of the Service.

By posting, you agree not to submit content that:

• is hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent
• is sexually explicit or involves minors in any way
• contains someone else's private information without their consent
• is spam, an advertisement, or unrelated to gratitude
• infringes someone else's rights, including copyright
• is illegal where you or we operate

You keep ownership of whatever you post. Because the wall and each individual post are public by design, including shareable links and preview cards for social media, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute your post (and name, if you include one) as part of operating and promoting the Service. This license ends if we remove your post, but copies already shared or cached elsewhere may persist outside our control.

Joining the waitlist means giving us your email address so we can notify you when paid features (like the private journal) launch. See our Privacy Policy for how that's handled. We won't sell your email or use it for anything other than updates about the Service.

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that moderation will catch everything. Content posted by other users reflects their views, not ours.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I'm Grateful Now and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including exposure to content posted by other users.

We may update these Terms or the Service itself as it grows. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
